Returns
Our policy remains valid for 30 days following the delivery of a product. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and not registered for warranty. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of opened masks due to hygiene reasons. This policy is implemented to guarantee that every customer receives a sealed product, thus reducing the risk of disease transmission. We appreciate your understanding and urge you to verify that the correct size is ordered. If you need assistance with sizing, please feel free to reach out to us.
Certain categories of goods are not eligible for return. Perishable items cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- B2B orders, bulk purchases or back order items.
- Adapters, hoses, masks are not covered under warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Please note that the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway or shipping related charges on actual basis.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please begin by checking your bank account once more. Following that, reach out to your credit card company, as it may require some time for your refund to be officially reflected. Subsequently, get in touch with your bank. There is frequently a processing period before a refund appears. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at nvmedical09@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we shall assist you further.
Shipping
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
